Description
WPS Parking provides customers with two kinds of services. One service is ParkID and the other is ParkAdvance hardware.

ParkID:
With help of a fully IP-based modular platform, ParkID can be used to manage CCTV (Closed-circuit television) for camera systems for private use, to manage payments, parking management and combines other systems from the costumer to one single integrated network.

This platform is basically a platform for easy payment for a better costumer experience. ParkID supports therefore financial functionality from coins and note cash management to chip and Pin (where available) contactless payment. Contactless can be identified with RFID cards from WPS or other parties, NFC smart phones and ANPR (automatic number plate recognition).
ParkAdvance Hardware:
This platform provides customers with user friendly and low maintenance solution for example for a entry/exit lane in a parking area. The hardware can be combined with ParkID and therefore is designed for today’s interconnected world.

The system gets his input from different sensors, like ANPR, RFID cards and NFC transmitters.

Outputs

One big company in the Netherlands whereas WPS is involved is Qpark. Since mid 2014 WPS replaced the parking management systems in over 40 parking facilities.
